Grab a cup of steaming tea and curl up with your favorite blanket as we dig into the crisp + cozy season of fall. This time of year is perfect for settling in and reflecting on the year behind us, as well as adjusting + improving our healthy habits as we move into the holiday season ahead!
 

Beginning October 28th, this 21-day refresh allows us to reset our mind + body by utilizing a provided seasonally-inspired meal plan, grocery list, live videos and a community of supportive women. Throughout these three weeks we’ll reconsider the habits + mentalities that no longer serve us and instead embrace routines that enhance our wellness!
